Here's how easy it is...
  1. In a non-stick frying pan, sauté the onions in the oil on a low heat until glassy.
  2. Turn up the heat, pour in the whisky and let it bubble until almost disappeared. Don’t be alarmed if a blue flame appears, this is called flambé and is just the alcohol cooking off.
  3. Add in the chicken stock pot and Carnation Evaporated Milk. Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
