Banoffee Ice Cream Sundaes
Gorgeous Banoffee Pie ingredients layered up sundae style. No time to waste - get stuck in! If you want to make these in advance store in the freezer for up to one hour before you need them.
Light digestive biscuits
0% fat Greek yogurt
Small balls light ice cream
Step 1 of 4
Place 4 sundae glasses into the freezer.
Step 2 of 4
Tip the pecan nuts into a dry pan and toast over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Cool and then roughly chop.
Step 3 of 4
Crumble the biscuits in a small bowl. Chop the bananas into chunks. Whip the cream to soft peaks then stir in the yogurt.
Step 4 of 4
Stir the caramel first and then drizzle half of it around the insides of the glasses. Tumble in some of the biscuits and nuts, a few slices of banana and top with the ice cream. Add the remaining caramel, nuts, biscuits and banana and finish with a blob of the creamy mixture.
