White chocolate

225g

Orange flavoured dark chocolate

200g

Orange food colouring

A few drops

Sugar sprinkles, to decorate

15g

You will also need:

20cm square tin and baking parchment

Step 1 of 4

Chop the white chocolate and tip into a microwave safe bowl. Add half the condensed milk and heat in the microwave, stirring frequently until completely melted.  Repeat this step for the orange chocolate.

Step 2 of 4

Add a few drops of orange colour to the white chocolate fudge and mix through.

Step 3 of 4

Line the tin with baking parchment so that it overlaps the sides (this will help you lift the fudge out once it's set).  Place the dark chocolate fudge into the base of the tin, pushing it out to the edges with a spoon or spatula to form an even layer.  Leave this layer to set in the freezer for 5-10 minutes then repeat with the orange layer (you can warm it for 10 seconds if its too thick to spread easily).  Sprinkle the top with the sugar decorations, pressing them down gently so they stick.

Step 4 of 4

Chill the fudge for 1-2 hours in the fridge or until completely set before cutting.  The fudge will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long!).
