We love these chewy, oaty cookies and one is never enough! The condensed milk is the secret ingredient in this recipe which will set your cookies out from the crowd, giving them a unique chewy soft texture in the centre and crisp edge.

Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies
Super easy and absolutely yummy! You can't go wrong with these. So easy and quick to make and makes loads too. Highly recommend!

Caster sugar

Oats

Self raising flour

Cinnamon

½ tsp

Raisins

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven to 180°C, (160°C for fan ovens), Gas Mark 4.

Step 2 of 4

In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk until pale. Mix in the flour, oats and cinnamon and then finally the raisins.

Step 3 of 4

Roll the dough into 20 golf ball sized balls and place on baking trays, spacing well apart.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Enjoy with a cuppa!
