Sweet & Salty Ice Cream
Hear us out on this one. You may think we’ve lost the plot, but we think we’ve found your new favourite ice cream flavour. Sweet with just a touch of salt, smooth with just the right amount of crunch.
For the ice cream:
Vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
For the topping:
Salt & Vinegar crisps
You will also need:
900g loaf tin
Step 1 of 3
Add the cream to a large bowl and using an electric hand whisk, beat the cream to soft peaks. Add the Fat Free Condensed Milk and vanilla and beat again to soft peaks.

Pour in the chocolate drizzle and using a spatula, gently swirl through the vanilla mix.
Step 3 of 3
Decant the ice cream into a freezer safe container. Roughly crush the crisps and sprinkle over the top of the ice cream. Freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours or overnight)
