Cauliflower Cheese

This Cauliflower Cheese is made with our delicious Carnation Gluten Free White Sauce.

  • 150ml Water
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 30g corn flour
  • 410g Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 100g reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated

Here's how easy it is...
  1. Heat the oven to 200C (180C with fan) gas mark 4. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to the boil until just cooked.
  2. Whilst the cauliflower is cooking make the Carnation white sauce. Pour the Carnation Evaporated Milk into a non-stick saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally Mix the corn flour with 150ml water. Pour into the simmering cook with it. Allow to boil for 1 minute until thickened. Finally add half the grated cheese.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a casserole dish, pour over the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
