Mango Lassi
It takes less than five minutes to whizz up the ingredients to make sunshine in a glass. Lassi are a type of refreshing yoghurt based drinks that originated in the Punjab region and is one of their most loved summer drinks.

Alfonso mango pulp
Water
0% fat Greek yoghurt
Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
Green cardamom powder
To garnish:
Saffron strands
Cashew nuts, chopped
Pistachios, chopped
Step 1 of 2
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Chill for a couple of hours until ready to serve. Pour into glasses and top with the garnish. Enjoy!
