Here's how easy it is...
  1. Mash or grate the paneer coarsely and mix in the dairy whitener and Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  2. Heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan. Cook on medium heat with constant stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove from the heat and spread onto a greased plate or small tray (about 2cm thick). Sprinkle over the cardamom powder and decorate with chopped pistachio. Cool and cut into squares.
