The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18+ only.
2. This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
3. Internet access, purchase and registration required. Retain receipt.
4. Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day.
5. Maximum of one (1) prize type, per person to be won. For the avoidance of doubt, one person can therefore win a maximum of one (1) Holiday e-gift card prize and one (1) CUISINART Baking item prize (irrespective of which Baking item) throughout the main promotion and the Late Entry Draw.
6. Anyone trying to make additional entries, using alternative details or receipts that contain packs not intended for use in this promotion will be disqualified.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force, or any other automated means, that person’s entry(ies) will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
8. Each entry into the promotion requires the purchase of a new promotional pack. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
9. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.

Promotional Period

10. The main promotion period will open at 00:01 on 01.10.2026 and close at 23:59 on 31.03.2027. Daily Draws will open at 00:00 and close at 23:59 daily.
11. Entry into any daily draw will also result in automatic entry into the next available Grand Prize Draw.
12. Any entries received outside the stated promotional periods will not be accepted and entries, depending on the time of entry, will not be carried forward from one daily draw to another daily draw or one Grand Prize Draw to the next.
13. All entries will, upon entering the daily draws, receive an onscreen message confirming entry into the relevant daily draw and also confirmation that they have been entered into one of the six (6) holiday e-gift card Grand Prize Draws.The six (6) holiday e-gift card Grand Prize Draws will take place of the following dates:

14. In instances where promotional packs are in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of 01.10.26, anyone who has purchased a pack ahead of this date still has the opportunity to enter, within the daily limits and conditions as indicated above. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries into a draw at any point during the main promotional period, provided they do not exceed the one entry per day rule, and provided they keep their receipt and promotional packaging from the date the qualifying product was purchased.
15. A Late Entry Draw period will open at 00:00 on 01.04.2027 and close at 23:59 on 30.04.2027. The Late Entry Draw will take place by 04.05.2027.

Entry Requirements

16. To enter, a consumer must:
    1. Purchase a participating promotional flashed pack of Carnation Sweet Condensed Milk 397g or Carnation Caramel Dessert Filling 397g during the promotional period.
    2. Scan the QR code on pack or visit https://www.carnation.co.uk/carnationnation2026 to complete an entry form.
    3. A completed entry form must include the participant’s first name, last name, and a valid, genuine and current email address.
    4. Entrants will also be required to vote for their favourite British dessert and enter the last 4-digits from the barcode on their promotional pack label to complete their entry.
    5. Entrants should retain the proof of purchase as this will be required to verify their claim if they are a prize winner.
    6. Entrants will then be entered into the relevant Daily Prize Draw (with auto entry into the next Grand Prize Draw entry) and winners only will be notified, by email, within two (2) working days of the relevant Daily Prize Draw or two (2) working days of the relevant Grand Draw taking place if they are a winner.
17. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

19. Only promotional flashed stock featuring the 2026 “CARNATION NATION” promotion can be used for entry into this promotion. Flashed stock is subject to availability, whilst stocks last.
20. Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
21. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/ win.
22. Consumers who select a participating promotional product as part of an online shop, but who receive a substitute product(s) in their order should contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 0800 58 57 59. Providing the user can provide proof of purchase, and proof of substitution, the consumer may still be able to enter the promotion at the discretion of the Promoter.

25. Grand Prize Draw:
    6 x £2000 Lastminute.com e-gift card available across 6 Grand Prize Draws
    The e-gift cards will be valid until 31.12.2027 and will be subject to the issuer’s own terms of use which can be found at https://www.carnation.co.uk/carnationnation-lastminute-terms/ and please see below:

    1. Only one Gift Card can be used per booking and cannot be used with any other vouchers issued by lastminute.com in a promotional or refund capacity.
    2. The Gift Card can only be used on lastminute.com to book flights, flight + hotel packages or accommodations (services which require payment to be made to a third party on arrival are excluded).
    3. It can be used for multiple bookings, until the full value is redeemed. If the total sum of the booking is less than the value of the Card, the remaining credit can be used for a new booking. Conversely, if the amount of the booking is greater than that of the Card, the winner can use a valid credit or debit card to pay the outstanding amount.
    4. The Gift Card cannot be used to book flights on the results page with 'Guaranteed connection': these flights are not offered directly by lastminute.com but by a third party partner, so they are not bookable with lastminute.com Gift Cards.
    5. The Gift Card cannot be sold or refunded, even in the event of theft or loss, nor can it be exchanged for money or other goods or services.
    6. It cannot be used to reserve hotels or houses where payment must be made directly at the property.
    7. It cannot be used to acquire post-sale services once the booking is confirmed.

    No cash alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prize.

Winner Selection and Notification
Daily Prize Draw

27. All valid daily entries will be entered into the daily draw based on their time of entry.
28. Daily Prize Draws will take place the next working day (Friday/Saturday and Sunday draws will take place on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday when it will take place on a Tuesday).
29. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the Daily Prize Draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the Daily Prize Draws.
30. Winners only will be informed via email within two (2) working days of the relevant Daily Prize Draw taking place which will be the next working day (Friday/Saturday and Sunday draws will take place on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday when it will take place on a Tuesday). In this winning email winners will be informed what they have won and which CUISINART Baking item prize from their respective daily draw.
31. Winners are advised to take care when submitting their personal details as they must match the details used upon entry for a claim to be valid. If the claim details do not match, the prize may be forfeited.
32. Winners will be asked to follow the instructions provided in their win email to verify and claim their prize. The winner will need to provide information which will include verification of the proof of purchase and details of entry, providing personal details (including home address and proof of age) to verify that the claim is genuine.
33. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, the relevant CUISINART Baking item prizes will be dispatched by secure tracked delivery to the address provided on the claim form and the name submitted on entry. Any Baking item winners who do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.
34. Winners will be sent two (2) reminder emails. In the event any winner is ineligible, does not claim their prize within the stated claim period (14 days), rejects their prize or is disqualified from the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize which will be forfeited. A reserve for the CUISINART Baking item prizes will be drawn next in line from the original applicable draw. If after attempts to contact the initial winner and the two (2) reserves, the CUISINART baking item prizes are not successfully claimed, then the Promoter reserves the right to include the unclaimed prize(s) in any subsequent draw or the Late Entry Draw. 35. The various Grand Prize Draw will take place within two (2) working days of the closing date so on the following dates:

36. All valid Grand Prize entries will have an equal and random chance of winning in the relevant Grand Prize Draw which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process.
37. The Grand Prize winners will be contacted on the email address that they used to enter the promotion within two (2) working days of the relevant draw taking place and will be asked to follow the instructions provided to verify and claim their prize. The winner will need to provide information which will include verification of the proof of purchase and details of entry, providing personal details (including home address and passport information/photo ID) to verify that the win is genuine. The winner’s county of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners’ list if no objection is made.
38. Winners will be sent two (2) reminder emails. In the event any winner is ineligible, does not claim their prize within the stated claim period (14 days), rejects their prize or is disqualified from the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize which will be forfeited. A reserve for Holiday e-gift card prizes will be drawn next in line from the original applicable draw. If after three (3) attempts to contact the initial winner and the two (2) reserves the Holiday e-gift card prizes are not successfully claimed, then the Promoter reserves the right to include it in any subsequent draw or the Late Entry Draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account in case they are a winner, including Junk and Spam folders.

Late Entry Draw

39. The Late Entry Draw will take place by 04.05.2027. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided on entry within two (2) working days of the Late Entry Draw to advise that they are a winner. The email will contain a unique link for the winner to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the online claim form with their email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, prizes will be dispatched to the address provided on the claim form and the name submitted on entry. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize and the prize will be lost. In such an event, no cash or other alternative will be available.
40. If any prize is not claimed, as described in the relevant claim process, the Promoter reserves the right to contact reserve winners (up to two) to fulfil any prizes not claimed. If this process is not successful in contacting reserve winners after two (2) reasonable attempts to do so, then any remaining prizes not won (or any prizes that remain unclaimed) will be declared null and void.
41. Winners may be subject to a full verification process. Winners may be asked to provide their proof of purchase containing a participating promotional product in order to verify their claim.
42. Proof of entry and/or claim is not proof of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
43. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their system connections regularly during this time in case they are a winner including their Junk and Spam folders.
44. Please retain winner communication until any prize has been verified.

General

45. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
46. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information including email and/or delivery addresses which may affect prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
47. The Promoter’s decision is final with regards to all promotional matters.
48. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
49. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
50. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate unique code entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of barcodes at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof; or
    4. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of promotional codes at any point during the operation of this promotion.
51. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user, and no other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
52. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
53. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for a proof of purchase, address and identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or driver’s licence (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.
54. Subject to Nestlé’s Privacy Policy, the surname, county of residence, and details of prize of the verified winners of the daily draw prizes and Grand Prize Draw will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: CARNATION NATION PROMOTION 2026’, for a period of 90 days following the end of the main promotion. The surname, county of residence, and details of prize of the verified Late Entry Draw winner will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: LATE ENTRY DRAW: CARNATION NATION 2026’, for a period of 90 days following the end of the Late Entry Draw period. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, all winners will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname, county, and prize type used for marketing purposes. If any winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘CARNATION Nation Winners 2026 Promotion’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
55. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
56. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
57. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
58. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
59. The promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

Data Protection

60. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of verified winners will be made available as set out in Clause 52 above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Click here for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purposes of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winners have accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after 90 days of the main promotional end date or Late Entry Draw with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of their prize.
