No Churn Mango Swirl Ice Cream
Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with our No Churn Mango Swirl Ice Cream! This vibrant dessert captures the essence of sun-ripened mangoes in every luscious scoop, swirling their natural sweetness through a creamy, homemade base.

Fresh mango, cut into chunks
Whipping cream
To serve:
Fresh passionfruit, pulp only
Coconut flakes
You will also need:
A 900g loaf tin or freezer safe container
Step 1 of 5
Add the mango chunks to a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Decant into a bowl and set aside to use later.
Step 2 of 5
Add the cream to a large bowl and using an electric hand whisk on medium speed, whisk the cream to soft peaks.
Step 3 of 5
Add the condensed milk and half the pureed mango and whisk again to soft peaks.
Step 4 of 5
Decant into a freezer safe container then pour over the over half of the mango puree and swirl through the ice cream mix with the back of a butter knife.
Step 5 of 5
Pop in the freezer for 4-5 hours or completely frozen. When ready to serve, take out the freezer to soften for 10 minutes then top each serving with ½ tsp passionfruit pulp and a couple of coconut flakes. Enjoy!
