Review - Tiramisu

Carnation Pistachio Flavour Drizzle

400g

Low fat mascarpone

500g

Instant coffee granules

1.5 tbsp

Boiling water

200ml

Amaretto 

60ml

Sponge fingers

300g

To top:

Unsalted pistachios, chopped

25g

You will also need:

2 lr dish

Step 1 of 3

Beat the mascarpone and Pistachio Drizzle together with an electric whisk for 5-6 minutes until thick and smooth. 

Step 2 of 3

In a shallow dish, combine the coffee, boiling water and amaretto. Dip half the sponge fingers into the coffee mix and place in the bottom of the dish. Layer with half the mascarpone mixture then repeat the process with the other half of the sponge fingers and mascarpone mix.

Step 3 of 3

Pop in the fridge to chill for three hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle over the chopped pistachios and enjoy!
