Matcha & Pistachio Cheesecake

For the base:
Oaty biscuits, crushed
Unsalted pistachios, crushed
For the cheesecake:
Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
Cream cheese
Lemon juice
Ceremonial Matcha powder
To top:
Carnation Pistachio Flavour Drizzle
You will also need:
8 in loose bottomed tin
Step 1 of 4
Add the crushed biscuits and pistachios to a bowl and mix with the melted butter. Press the mix firmly into the base of your tin and pop into the fridge to chill.
Step 2 of 4
Add the condensed milk and cream cheese to a bowl and mix together with an electric hand whisk on slow speed. Be careful not to overbeat! Sieve in the matcha and beat again gently just until combined and smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Gently fold through the lemon juice just until the mixture starts to thicken then pour the mix over the base and pop back into the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 hours.
Step 4 of 4
When ready to serve, remove from the tin, drizzle with Carnation Pistachio Flavour Drizzle and enjoy!
