Berry and Lime Cheesecake in a glass

Try this easy cheesecake with lime juice to quickly set the Carnation filling. Topped with summer berries for extra tang!

  • 100g reduced fat digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 150g light cream cheese
  • 170g Carnation Condensed Milk
  • Zest and juice of 3 limes
  • 50g summer fruits sauce
  • 150g fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants

Here's how easy it is...
  1. Crumble the biscuits into small pieces and then divide the crumbs between 4 small serving glasses. Press down with the back of a spoon slightly.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth. Add the zest and juice of the limes, which will thicken the mixture. Spoon over the crumbs and chill until set.
  3. To serve, spoon over a few freshly washed berries and top with the sauce.

    Hi! I want to make CHEESECAKE!
    and basically i want to make it in a tin!
    so i want to use your recipe BUT change it

    Can i use the following

    400/500g of strawberry
    4/5 tbs of strawberry jam
    3lemon/lime(can i use lemon)
    350g of rich tea biscuit
    200g Flora(low fat spread-to mix with the biscuit)
    WHOLE tin of condensed milk(397g)
    350g/450g of philedephia (to mix with the condensed milk and lime zest etc)

    Can i use this recipe to make a cheese cake like yours but in a tin NOT cups
