Here's how easy it is...
  1. Heat the grill of the oven to high. Slice the bananas, place onto a baking tray and place at the top of the oven. Grill until they start turning brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  2. Use an electric beater to whip the Carnation Condensed Milk until white and thick then beat the Carnation Evaporated Milk until it is light and fluffy. Gently fold the two mixtures together to form a fluffy ice cream base. Pour into a freezer safe bowl.
  3. Soften the Carnation Caramel into a small mixing bowl until smooth. Lightly mix the banana through the fluffy milk. Then swirl the caramel through the mixture. Sprinkle with the roasted walnuts and freeze over night.
  4. Make the ice cream the night before!
