Here's how easy it is...
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C with fan). Gas mark 3. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the Carnation Evaporated Milk. Whisk until combined.
  2. Slice the brioche into even slices, 1 cm thick, spread 1 side of each slice with Carnation Chocolate Filling and Topping. Then cut into triangles and layer in the oven proof dish. Pour the egg mixture over the brioche and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Place in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes until the pudding begins to rise and turns golden on top.
