Here's how easy it is...
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C with fan). Gas mark 4. Use a large round cookie cutter to cut out 12 rounds from the rolled pastry. Lightly grease the cupcake tray and line each with a pastry round pressing it into the corners.
  2. Mix the Carnation Squeezy Condensed Milk, ground almonds and egg together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Place 1 tsp of strawberry jam in the bottom of each tart and then cover with the almond mix.
  3. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
