Here's how easy it is...
  1. Heat the vegetable oil for one minute in a large non-stick pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes on high or until the mushrooms are turning brown and the liquid has cooked away. Turn the heat down to medium and add the garlic and plain flour. Stir through until the mushrooms are coated.
  2. Pour the Carnation Evaporated Milk over the mushroom mixture and bring to the boil. Stir the mushrooms until the sauce has thickened and become creamy and glossy.
  3. Whilst the sauce is thickening, toast the seeded bread in a toaster or under a hot grill. Place onto 2 plates and evenly spoon over the creamy mushrooms.
