Here's how easy it is...
  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the on pack instructions. Whilst the pasta is cooking ,prepare the Carbonara sauce by adding the trimmed, diced back bacon to a large non-stick frying pan. (No need to add oil)
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy then stir in the crushed garlic and Carnation Evaporated Milk. Bring the sauce to a steady boil, stirring constantly, until it turns glossy and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from the heat.
  3. Strain your pasta and return it to the saucepan. Pour the Carbonara sauce over the pasta and stir though until it is well covered. Season with black pepper and serve alongside a fresh salad.
