Here's how easy it is...
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C(160C with fan) gas mark 3. Pour the Carnation Evaporated Milk into a large bowl with the crushed garlic and onion soup powder. Whisk together until well combined.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly (about 3mm) and place them into the bowl as you go.
  3. Pour the ingredients into a casserole dish and press down with a spoon or your hands until the potatoes are all evenly spread and compact.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and have a lovely golden topping
