A super speedy and delicious dessert using ready-made profiterole cases. We love this idea of using ready-made profiterole cases to make little Banoffee mouthfuls, so easy to do and loaded with delicious Carnation Caramel!

  • 150ml carton whipping cream
  • 200g Carnation Caramel
  • 2 bananas
  • To serve
  • 55g dark chocolate, melted

Here's how easy it is...
  1. 1. Cut each profiterole case in half.
  2. 2. Spoon a little caramel into the bottom half of each profiterole. Whip the cream to soft peaks and spoon or pipe a little into each top.
  3. 3. Slice the bananas and add a couple to each profiterole then sandwich with the cream top. Serve drizzled with melted chocolate. Divine!
