Here's how easy it is...
  1. Whiz the smoothie ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into the ice lolly moulds.
  3. Tap the ice lolly tray down gently to remove any bubbles. Freeze until solid.
  4. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer for about 1 week.
  5. Ice lolly moulds vary in size and shape – adjust the quantities above accordingly. Add more fruit juice to this recipe and chill down for a luscious drinkable smoothie! Try your own combinations, we like: Cranberry juice with fresh raspberries and/or strawberries
