Squeezy Caramel Tips
Tip 1
Some friends round? Why not pop-your-own-corn! Allow 25g popping corn per person. Lightly oil a very large pan, add corn and set over medium heat holding the lid in place. Stay there, shaking the pan, until the popping stops then drizzle the warm popcorn with Squeezy Carnation Caramel.
Tip 2
Ripple effect: slightly soften a carton of vanilla or strawberry soft scoop ice cream and fold Squeezy Carnation Caramel through roughly to ripple it. Return to the freezer. Serve layered up in tall glasses topped with sliced strawberries and toasted almonds or pecans.
Tip 3
Dessert in a cup: scoop a large dollop of vanilla ice cream into a large cup and top with Squeezy Carnation Caramel plus 2-3 crumbled Ratafia biscuits. Pour over an espresso cup of freshly brewed black coffee and enjoy straight away!
Tip 4
Caramel and red berry smoothie: in a blender combine 150ml each - natural yogurt and milk, a handful of frozen fruits of the forest and a good squeeze of Squeezy Carnation Caramel. Whizz until smooth.

Enjoy this combination and finish with a drizzle or two of Squeezy Carnation Caramel:
410g can of apricots in natural juice, pureed and topped with toasted nuts
600g can rhubarb in syrup, mashed and stirred with 3-4 chunks of stem ginger, chopped.

225g punnet of fresh raspberries and a handful of toasted oatmeal - to toast oatmeal add to a dry frying pan over medium heat and stir until lightly browned
Use pulp from 4 passion fruit and flesh from a large ripe mango, chopped.
Hot Pud Tip 1
Instant sticky toffee pudding - warm a slice of Madeira or walnut cake and drizzle with Squeezy Carnation Caramel - serve straight away with ice cream and fruit. Why not try warmed canned apricots, banana slices or chopped dates?
Hot Pud Tip 2
Sweet eggy bread - beat 2 eggs with a good dash of milk and a generous squeeze of Squeezy Carnation Caramel. Dip 4 slices of good quality fresh wheat or fruit bread. Heat a knob of butter or spread in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the bread until golden on both sides. Enjoy right away by drizzling Squeezy Carnation Caramel and serve with fresh berries.
Hot Pud Tip 3
Caramel pancakes - Serve with blueberries, sliced peaches or bananas and drizzle on some Squeezy Carnation Caramel.
Hot Fruit Desserts Tip 1
Grilled pineapple: prepare and slice or cut in wedges a medium-ripe pineapple. Cook on a ridged grill pan until seared on both sides. Mix 6-8 tablespoons Carnation caramel with the juice of a lime and spoon over the pineapple.
Hot Fruit Desserts Tip 2
16 strawberries, 4 peaches and 4 kiwis, why not make Hot Fruit Kebabs: thread even-sized chunks of strawberry, peach and kiwi onto 8 bamboo skewers. Mix 8 tablespoons Carnation caramel with the juice of 1/2 orange and brush the kebabs. Grill turning and basting until lightly charred.
Hot Fruit Desserts Tip 3
Caramelised pan-fried autumn fruits - melt a knob of butter or spread in a large frying pan and cut in wedges and add 8 plums, 2 pears and 2 dessert apples. Fry gently until golden and the juices run then add a generous squeeze of Squeezy Carnation Caramel, a splash of brandy or orange juice. To finish sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Hot Fruit Desserts Tip 4
Easy apple tarts - cut saucer-sized discs of ready-rolled puff pastry and spread each with 1 tablespoon of Carnation Caramel. Peel and thinly slice 1 dessert apple per tart and arrange evenly on top. Drizzle with more caramel and bake in a hot oven for around 20 minutes or until crisp, golden and sticky!
Hot Fruit Desserts Tip 5
Baked bananas in their skins - put whole bananas in a hot oven for about 10 minutes until softened. Split with a knife and drizzle with Squeezy Carnation Caramel and rum, then serve with vanilla ice cream.
