Carnation Chocolate Fudge Cake
Americans know a thing or two about chocolate fudge cakes so this is a take on a U.S. recipe, with the easiest, fudgy frosting you’ve ever seen!
- 175g self-raising flour
- 2½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150ml corn oil
- 150ml milk
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 125g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 397g can Carnation Caramel
- 1tbsp icing sugar
